How the lines are timed
The lines are not spread evenly across the song by guesswork. The first time you open the video maker for a song, we listen to the finished recording, match each lyric line to the moment it is sung, and keep those timings for that song.
Once in a while the timing cannot be read from the recording. Then the lines follow the song’s own structure of verses and chorus instead, which is close, though not as exact.
