Listen first, then pay

You hear the first 60 seconds of your actual song before you pay anything. That preview is free and you never have to buy. Please listen before you unlock a song.

Name sung wrong? Free remake

If the singer gets the name wrong in a song you paid for, you can ask for one free remake of that song. Request it from the song page. It is offered once per paid song, in addition to your statutory rights.

No general refund window

Apart from the remake above and your statutory rights below, we do not offer refunds for songs or add-ons (AI singer video, AI living photos, extra previews) you have bought and received.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Songs and add-ons are digital content that we deliver straight after payment. Before you pay, the buy button asks you to agree that we start delivery immediately and to confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts. After that agreement, and once we have confirmed it to you in your order email, the right of withdrawal ends when the item is delivered (in Germany § 356(5) BGB; in the EU Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in the UK regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

While you still have the right of withdrawal, you exercise it by sending us a clear statement, for example an email to aitaylorfan@gmail.com, before the 14 days (counted from the day of the contract) run out. If you withdraw, we refund all payments for that purchase within 14 days, using the same payment method.

What happens after a refund

If a purchase is refunded, for whatever reason (a withdrawal, a fault we could not fix, or a refund we agree to), the song is locked again: the full song, the downloads and the share link stop working, and any add-ons bought for that song (AI singer video, AI living photos) are removed with it. Please do not keep using copies of a refunded song.

If something is wrong with what you bought

Your statutory rights are not affected. If a file is faulty, will not download or play, or a paid item is not delivered, write to aitaylorfan@gmail.com with your order number (you find it under "My songs" → Payments). We will fix it. If we cannot, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund under the law.
