What happy customers say
Nine in ten Trustpilot reviewers gave five stars. Trustpilot’s own summary of recent reviews says customers praise the straightforward process and describe the songs as beautiful, emotional and well produced.
What one-star reviewers say
One-star reviews are rare here, about 4%, and the company replies to most of them. Reading the recent ones (September and October 2026), the complaints are about what happens after the preview. These are individual customers’ accounts, not things we tested:
- The total. Reviewers mention paying around $120, a further charge for an extra verse, and one total over $325 once extras were added.
- Support after payment. Several describe emails going unanswered for days or weeks, and no phone line.
- Revisions and cancellations. Some say a revision changed more than they asked, or a cancellation inside 30 minutes was not refunded promptly.
- Names. A few say a name was mispronounced and took several attempts.
Is Unique Song legit?
Yes. It delivers songs, has thousands of positive reviews on a claimed Trustpilot profile, and answers most negative ones. The useful advice from its own fine print: the homepage carries a money-back badge, but the refund policy says refunds are generally not available once work has begun, and corrections for a wrong name are fixed, not refunded. Read the price after your preview carefully before adding extra verses or rush delivery, because those are non-refundable.
