What happy customers say
Three out of four Trustpilot reviewers gave five stars. Trustpilot’s summary of recent reviews says customers praise the vocals and the touching lyrics and find ordering easy. In the reviews we read, people say everything they wrote was worked into the song, and several say changes were made quickly.
What one-star reviewers say
About one review in seven is one-star. Reading the recent ones (August to October 2026), the same complaints come up again and again. These are individual customers’ accounts, not things we tested:
- No MP3. Several reviewers expected a file for a slideshow or a dinner and got a web page instead.
- A higher total than expected. Reviewers describe extra items and discounts at checkout that left the bill well above $99.
- It sounded AI-made. Some say the vocals or lyrics felt computer-generated, or that a name was mispronounced.
- Slow support. Email only, no phone, and replies that took days.
Is DivineSong legit?
Yes, in the sense that matters: it is a real business that takes orders through Stripe, delivers songs, has a claimed Trustpilot profile since January 2026 and hundreds of happy customers. The one-star reviews are mostly about expectations, not missing songs: people who did not realise AI was involved, that there was no file to download, or what their final total would be.
If you order, read the checkout total line by line, decide in advance whether you need a downloadable file, and keep the FAQ’s refund wording in mind: refunds are generally final once work has begun.
