Two names in one song
Type both names in the name field, for example Linda and Tom, or simply Mom and Dad. Keep it short enough to sing, and tell us how to pronounce either name if needed.

When to give it
An anniversary is the classic moment, but it works at Thanksgiving, a retirement or a family reunion as well. Play it with everyone in the room.
If your parents are no longer together
Families come in many shapes. If your parents are separated, you can make a song for each of them instead of one for both. If one of them has remarried, you can include a stepparent in the name field and write about the family you have now.
If the family is gathering, ask everyone to stay quiet as it starts so your parents hear their names in the first chorus. Have someone ready to film their faces, then send the MP3 to the family group so every sibling has a copy.
